This CUE option requires students to apply and be accepted through CCUE.  Students are advised by a faculty member as well as at least one qualified committee member (normally the Director from the Entrepreneurship Across the University). The topic selected requires approval from CCUE in collaboration with the Director from Entrepreneurship Across the University.

Student produces a tangible artifact including a comprehensive final written report.  This is a two-term project and registration is normally during the last work term. In addition, participation in an annual Kettering poster session and/or presentation of the thesis is strongly encouraged.

Students who wish to pursue this option and are employed, must initially submit a letter from the employer on company letterhead stating that the student has permission.  Upon CCUE receiving this letter or if the student is unemployed, the student will discuss possible projects with the CCUE Department.
