Winter & Spring 2016 Housing Application

  • Go to MyHousing. Login with your Email/Blackboard Username and Password
  • Click Login to ApplyOnline
  • Choose one of the following applications:
    January-March 2016: Returning Student Application
    April-June 2016: Returning Student Application (B-Section - NOTE: Will not be available until June 2016)
  • Read and agree to the Housing Contract
  • Personal Preferences: Answer/Update your personal preferences. Living Preferences: You can choose to live in a unit (Unit Winter or Spring Options) open to returning students to be in close proximity with friends
  • Dining Plan: Choose a dining plan (optional for returning students) and have it billed to your student account. See our Campus Dining page for more information.

Room Assignment information will be sent out and available online.
Winter 2016 Term: After December 15 1 (A-Section)
Spring 2016 Term: After March 15 (B-Section)

Once you complete an application, you can't revisit it. If you have changes, email us at reslife@kettering.edu.

Students will be assigned a room based on your requests and date of application completed after December 10 (for A Section) and after March 10 (for B Section). An email will be sent to your Kettering email after that date with your room assignment and move in information.
