Payment for Courses
Web Registration Payment
Students who register for classes via the web will receive an email notice to their Kettering email address with instructions on how to log into Banner Web and retrieve their tuition invoice.
Tuition payments are due the first day of class. Accounts not paid by the end of the term will have a financial hold placed, assessed a $40 late fee and any future course registrations will either be prohibited or cancelled.
For students submitting tuition assistance vouchers and the employer does not provide payment for the entire tuition, you are responsible for any difference.
Payment may be made by the following methods:
- tuition voucher
- check*, include student ID # on front
- eCashier (online payment site)
- loan: four programs are available.

A confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to your Kettering e-mail address within 10 working days of the receipt of your registration materials.
*When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day your payment is received and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
